Fitness Model David McIntosh, who may be better known for his relationship with Kelly Brook and his stint on Celebrity Big Brother, is flaunting that body again.  In a shoot by Mattheus Lian exlcusively for Adon Magazine, McIntosh showed, pretty much everything, in a pair of sheer blue speedos before covering his modesty with a bit of bubble bath.
