How do you use my personal information?

Any information collected from you, such as name and email is used solely for the purpose of C&C. You will receive weekly newsletters from us which you can unsubscribe from at any point, and we will never sell your data or pass it on to a third party.

I’ve paid but I still can’t see some content

While most videos are available on all tiers, you may need to upgrade to view full-length video content.

How often are the member payments

Payments are on a per month basis.

How do I cancel my membership/subscription?

Firstly, sign in to your account > My Account > Subscriptions > Cancel my subscription

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of content subscriptions, we are only able to offer refunds to those who experienced problems accessing content.

I’m paying, but can’t access any content

Firstly, please double-check you are signed up for our membership subscription and not our Patreon page. If you cannot view any content at all, or access your member’s feed, you should get in touch straight away:
[email protected]. If you ultimately opt for a refund, we can only honour the last two month’s payments.
