Another day, another attack on the trans community.

Just last week the British government announced that their plans to ban conversion therapy would not include trans people. The decision resulted into thousands protesting across London over the weekend, and over 120 organisations boycotting the government’s first LGBT+ conference.

Now the National Lottery are funding trans hate group, the LGB alliance, to make a film about 70 years of queer history.

“We’re thrilled to have been awarded funding from @ace_national’s #LetsCreate Jubilee Fund to make our film ‘Queens’, celebrating gay lives and marking 70 years since Her Majesty The Queen ascended the throne. Huge thanks to #NationalLottery players.”

The LGB alliance has a long history of denouncing trans people and persistently harassing their quest for basic human rights.

Wonder how they’ll discuss the last 70 years of queer history without mentioning them.
