If Elite and Squid Game had a baby in a gym locker room, it would be Olympo. Set in a high-performance sports academy where abs are currency and sex is therapy, (basically any gay culture) the show is a 10-hour thirst trap disguised as entertainment. Everyone’s either bench pressing their emotional baggage or shagging it out of their system… remind you of a gay you know?

Though the show isn’t strictly about gays hooking up, there’s enough sex – balanced with queer emotional connection – to make it a staple amongst gays.

Roque and Sebas have full-blown gay yearning in-between burpees. Diego’s still in the closet, but somehow always half-naked. The women? Just as horny and unhinged, which we love.

And while the acting occasionally feels a little amateur, the nudity is pure pro — especially under the blue lights of yet another jacuzzi scene. Olympo knows exactly what it’s doing: serving flesh, feelings, and fitness-induced foreplay. We’re not watching it for the plot… put it that way.
